At HappyInky Candle, we carefully prepare and pack every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Personalised items may require a little extra preparation time during busy periods, particularly around Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and other seasonal events.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

UK Orders:
Standard Delivery: approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

US Orders:
Standard Delivery: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Faster delivery options may be available at checkout.

Please note that delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, peak-season demand or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a short period after dispatch for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.
