My first candle arrived damaged but the boxes it was in were undamaged. I contacted the company via email and received a response the next day offering a full refund or a replacement candle. I chose the replacement, this candle was for my Besties birthday but she was heading to Canada the day before Christmas Eve. HappyInky weren't sure I'd would get to me in time but promised they'd do there best. Well I'm happy to say it arrived in time and my friend took it to Canada with her.
