This company has many different names so it becomes quite confusing. I signed up with one company offering 10% discount on first order. It also showed free delivery. However when I received the order confirmation it was the wrong candle, not the one shown in the picture. I contacted them and the order was cancelled and a refund activated. Everything was friendly and polite but I had the impression it was not a human replying, quite likely to be AI. I then tried to order from another site (same candle) signed up fir the 19% discount but as it was the same company I did not get the discount!! I paid the delivery but the parcel arrived 2 days later than promised. The candle was sent to a bereaved friend and she liked it.
