An excellent start to my order with a prompt delivery within 2-3 days, however unfortunately the item was damaged. I received prompt responses to my emails, promising a replacement would be sent. Waited over a 2 week period but no delivery, although a subsequent email response midway assured me the item was shipped. This was a sensitive item I was gifting to a bereaved friend and therefore not a time for me to be chasing a company who hadn't delivered on their promise. Overall a disappointing purchase.
